What is lcap?
lcap is for individuals wishing to deliver ecap training as part of their consultancy and for organisations wishing to have an in-house, evidence-based training product to provide to their leaders and managers. lcap participants gain a license to facilitate the Essential Coach-Approach Program (ecap) as an internal offering or a Public Program.
During the four-day training you will learn and practice:
- Seamless facilitation of ecap
- How to coach from the front of the room
- The power of a personal story
- Brain-friendly training techniques
- Coaching on coaching skills training
- Effective ways to manage a variety of participants
- Try and tested methods of ensuring the best outcomes for individuals and organisations
