What is acap?
The Advanced Program takes all of the coaching principles and skills to deeper levels of expertise, enabling leaders to apply coaching confidently and adeptly in a variety of situations. An initial two-day Masterclass is followed by three individual and three group coaching sessions.
This six-month Program is intended for leaders who have already participated in the Essential Coach-Approach Program (ECAP), have been using their coaching skills for a period of time and now want to extend their coaching capabilities. Participants of this Program are challenged to raise their skill levels in constructive, collaborative conversations.
The outcomes include:
- Increased effectiveness and confidence to undertake coaching conversations
- Improved skills to engage in courageous conversations
- Understanding of different learning styles and how these affect employee development
- Increased use of mindfulness and an understanding of values in action
- Improved understanding of the role of insight in coaching and how to enhance it
- Development of listening skills to a deeper level
- Development of powerful language skills to strengthen effectiveness as a coach and leader

All Self Start Coaching Programs utilise brain-friendly, evidence-based approaches to skills development that blend theory with hands-on practice as well as providing coaching support beyond the training room to further embed the learning, and drive leadership change.
